Customized Training is Available for your WVU Division or Unit

Training and Development offers workshops that are tailored to the individual need of your department. WVU professionals readily customize unique programs based on departmental interviews and needs assessments. These on-site workshops capture the goals and direction that each department is trying to attain, as well as tackling various skills that may need specific attention.

Length and frequency will be determined for each individual departmental program on an "as needed" basis.
