Workers Compensation

WVU employees may be covered for wage and/or health care needs for job related injuries by Brickstreet Mutual Insurance. Timely, efficient completion of claims is necessary to assist qualified employees with receipt of entitled benefits; employees are to notify their supervisor of any work site injury, submit an Accident Report form to the Environmental Health & Safety, and then is given the option to complete a Workers' Compensation form. Information pertaining to Workers' Compensation and the payment option election process is available from the Medical Management staff.
