Training & Development Services

Performance management and/or personal development may require formal training assistance. The WVU Training and Development Unit offers classes within the University setting as well as self-development audio, visual and reading materials. The staff may also assist in identifying external training resources for University employees. The Employee Relations Unit is also available to conduct training on performance management topics including performance appraisals.
