Policy and Procedure Interpretation and Application Assistance

WVU and its Governing Board have developed written references to facilitate a common understanding of workplace expectations and to create a safe and appropriate work environment. The application of these work rules, standards of conduct and performance is expected to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. These are intended as guidelines, not as an employment contract. The Employee Relations staff is available to answer any questions you may have about policies and procedures.
