The Employment Unit assists the University in meeting its regular and temporary classified staffing needs. This includes developing and auditing effective employment practices and policies, designed to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for employment, consistent with the spirit and intent of our Affirmative Action Plan and applicable regulatory statutes.
