All sessions and resources are offered to help WVU employees create an individualized retirement pathway, whether retirement is right down the road or a number of years away.

Message from Margaret Phillips, Vice President for Human Resources:

Thank you for participating in the 2008 Retirement Planning Conference offered by the Benefits Administration Unit in the WVU Division of Human Resources. The formal evaluations, verbal comments, and written 'thank you' notes from participants clearly indicate that you found the amount, variety, and relevancy of the information delivered at this year's conference to be very beneficial.

Many conference participants requested that we offer some of the information provided in the workshop sessions, by keynote speakers and at resource information tables on a specially designed website. Therefore, as a further service to conference participants, the Benefits Administration Unit has developed this webpage that contains valuable post-conference information and resources offered by our presenters.

I would also encourage you to regularly visit the Division of Human Resource home page at www.hr.wvu.edu to check out the many HR programs and services offered to employees and to stay current on important announcements.

As you plan for your retirement, please make an appointment with one of our benefits specialists by calling (304) 293-5700 or visit us at the One Waterfront Building on Don Knotts Boulevard.
