Vision Insurance

West Virginia University, through Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC) and Vision Service Plan, offers employees and their dependents two (2) choices for vision insurance:

• Full Service Plan
• Exam Plus Vision Plan

These plans offer coverage and/or discounts for examinations, contact lenses and prescription glasses. VSP's Full Service Plan offers a discount for LASIK and PRK surgeries from network laser surgery centers.

Premiums for these plans are deducted from an employee's pay, tax-free.
