West Virginia University, through Fringe Benefits Management Company (FBMC) and Delta Dental, offers employees and their dependents three (3) types of dental coverage:
As managed-cost dental plans, these plans allow employees the freedom to choose any dentist for treatment; but, they will receive the greatest benefits from a dentist participating in the Delta Premier network.
Premiums for these plans are deducted from an employee's pay, tax-free.
